Why we built it
When a pour gets delayed or a clash goes undetected, it's rarely because the information didn't exist. It's because no one could find it in time — or connect it to everything else that mattered. An unanswered RFI lives in a spreadsheet. A drawing revision gets missed in an email thread. A hold point from an ITP is never linked to the site diary entry that records the pour happening anyway.
The result is rework, delays, and disputes that drain project margins — not because teams aren't diligent, but because the tools they use keep information siloed. Every document is captured. Nothing is connected.
That's the problem Setubase is built to solve.
Who we build for
Enterprise platforms have delivered real value for large organisations — standardised processes, auditability, centralised document control. Setubase is designed to complement that investment: integrating with existing systems and adding the AI coordination layer that most enterprise tools still lack.
For many contractors — especially SMEs — enterprise software is simply too slow and too expensive to implement. Every project is different. A complex integration that takes six months to configure and a per-seat pricing model that scales beyond project margins are not viable options. These teams deserve the same quality of tooling. That's the gap we're focused on closing.

Our approach
Every RFI, NCR, ITP, drawing, site diary entry, and instruction is pulled into a live knowledge graph. Not stored in separate modules — connected as a unified picture of the project.
The AI layer reads the graph continuously, flags blockers before they become delays, and links related records automatically — so teams see what they need to act on, not a list of everything that exists.
When action is needed — a response drafted, a notification sent, a hold point tracked — Setubase does it with a complete evidence trail, so decisions are defensible and nothing falls through the cracks.
